General

By using the Hong Kong Palace website, placing an order, or making a reservation, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page.

Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time; after that, the table may be released to other guests
• For cancellations, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance by calling (703) 532-0940
• For parties of 10 or more, please call to arrange seating and may require a deposit
• We do our best to accommodate seating preferences but cannot guarantee specific tables

Online Ordering

• Online orders are accepted during business hours: Sun–Thu 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Fri–Sat 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Order confirmation will be sent via SMS and/or email to the contact information provided
• Estimated preparation times are approximate and may vary during peak hours
• Delivery is available within a 3-mile radius of our restaurant with a minimum order of $15
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to ingredient availability or operational constraints. You will be notified and refunded promptly

Dining Policies

• Smart casual dress code is recommended
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the dining area
• We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice; please inform your server or include a note in your online order
• A 20% gratuity may be added for parties of 6 or more
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive to other guests

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Menu prices may differ between lunch and dinner service (lunch pricing applies before 3:00 PM)
• Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders
• We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
• Promotional offers and coupons may not be combined unless explicitly stated

Allergen Disclaimer

Our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, and sesame. While we take precautions to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to shared cooking equipment. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering so we can take appropriate care.
